(a) All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situate in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia; in Chester Gap, fronting on the road leading to Blue Ridge Mountain Estates . Section E, containing 37.80 acres, more or lees, and being the same or identical real estate which was conveyed to the late J. S. Mahoney in his lifetime, by Deed dated August 19, 1946 from R. V. Snfead, Special Commissioner, et al, of record In the Clerk’s jOffice of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 47 at page 425; and
<b) All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 3:95 acres, more or less, lying and being situate one and one-half miles south of Chester Gap in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, hs shown by plat and survey made by Lee Poe, Surveyor, of record in said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 43 at page 202, and therein described as follows: BEGINNING at Figure (1) on map, a stake in old road near an ash and in Herbert Williams line, thence with Williams S. 33° E. 606 feet, to (2) a stake near a large rock in Chester Gap Orchard line thpnce with same S. 86-% W. 624 feet to (3) a stone to be planted thence leaving Chester Gap Orchard line and run ning new line S. 28-% E. 300 feet to (4) a large rock, N. 3% W. 114 feet to (5) a stone to be planted, thence N. 44 % E. 222 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 8.95 acres, and being the same or identical real estate , which was conveyed to the late Joseph ■ S.
