For the second straight year the Culpeper Farmers Home Administration Office which serves this area loaned more operating credit to new borrowers than any other office in the State. County Supervisor, John G. Castles, stated that in accomplishing this, the office made over 60 percent more new loans than in fiscal year 1960 with a 67 percent increase in the amount loaned.
