Married Thursday
The marriage of Miss Mary Virginia Tapp of Amissville to the Rev. Fletcher Osborne of Newport News, Va. took place Thursday, August 24 at five o’clock in the afternoon at Flint Hill. The Rev. William A. Jester, pastor of the Rappahannock Methodist Charge, performed the ceremony at the parsonage.
The bride wore a street length gown of blue crepe with white accessories.
Mrs. Osborne is employed at the Warrenton Nursing Home in Warren ton.
Rev. Osborne is retired after serving in Methodist Churches for forty years.
The Osbornes are making their home in Amissville.
