Dr. and Mrs. George Davis of Warremton and Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Cox, grandparents of George H. Davis, III, enjoyed dinner with him Sunday at rile home of his parents, before he left Sunday afternoon for the University of Virginia where he enters his junior year.
Mr. and Mrs. Harris Eastham of Midland, Texas, were guests Monday of Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Cox, having entered their daughter, Sally, at Queen’s College, Charlotte, N. C. for her freshman year.
John Walker, operator of Lake Motel, returned home Tuesday from a two weeks vacation in Canada. Mr. and Mrs. Wade Pullen operated the motel during his absence.
Mrs. B. R. Cox was an afternoon caller Monday of Mrs. R, W. Miller at her home in F. T. Valley.
