Last weeks (Nov. 16) issue of Rappahannock News stated: “In charge of the Civil Defense organization in Rappahannock County is W. H. Lyne” .. .
This was in prror. E. M. Jones is director of Civil Defense of Rappahannock County. Mr. Lyne is Chairman of our County’s U.S. Department of Agriculture Emergency Planning Committee. As the Extension Service representative on the Rappahannock U.S.D.A.E. P.C. M r. Lyne is charged with the responsibility for an Educational ahd' Information Program in connection with Rural Civil Defense.
