Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Mrs. Fred Schaefer and her daughter, Miss Susan Schaefer were shopping Saturday in Winchester and Front Royal.
Mrs. Catherine Brown had with her for the weekend her family, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Payne and Mrs. Bety White of Arlington, and Miss Shirley Brown of Washington, D. C. Mrs. Brown left Wednesday for a long holiday weekend in Arlington with Mr. and Mrs. Payne where she will be joined by other members of the family for Thanksgiving. She will retu.n home Sunday evening.
Sunday dinner guests of Eld. and Mrs. J. H. Daily were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Frazier of Brightwood, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Woodward and sons of Amissville and Mrs. Florence Johnson of Woodville.
