And an aindavit having been made and filed that the defendant Virginia Jeffries Peltz is not a resident of the State of Virginia; and there are Unknown Parties as defendants who are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided or disposed of, who may or may not he residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that Virginia Jeffries Peltz and said Unknown Parties do appear, witfhin ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be ! necessary to protect their interest J in this suit.
