And also to determine the ownership of certain personal property now located in Lot #10. An affidavit having been made and filed that Presto J. Elkins, Hagood E. E. Elkins and Herman Elkins are non-residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said non-resident defendants, namely : Preston J. Elkins, Hagood E. Elkina and Herman Elkina, do aippea within ten <kys after due publication of this Order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.
It is .further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in “The Rappahannock News”, a new^>aper published and having circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
