Baccalaureate Sunday; Commencement Next Week

Commencement exercises for the 36 graduates of Rappahannock County High School are scheduled for Friday evening, June 6, 1969, at the school beginning at 8 p.m. The Baccalaureate Sermon will be held Sunday evening, June 1 at the school, also at 8 p.m. with the Rev. William Harrison delivering the message. The Rev. Edward C. Pruitt will assist. *

Forest Grove Supper

A country ham and fried chicken dinner will be served Friday, May 30, at the old Forest Grove School house for the benefit of Forest Grove Baptist Church. The dinner begins at 5 p.m. and is $1 for children and $1.75 for adults. All food wiirbe home cooked and will include cornbread, biscuits and assorted pies, vegetables and drinks. The public is cordially invited to attend.

4-H Horse Show

A Family Affair

Members of 4-H clubs in Culpeper, Madison, Luray, Middleburg, Front Royal and Haymarket joined those from Rappahannock in the annual 4-H Horse and Pony Show held Saturday at Fairlea, farm of Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead, Washington. Approximately forty riders participated in the show.
