Burke Family Reunion
Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Burke held their annual family reunion Saturday, May 24 at their home on Blue Ridge Avenue, Washington. Family members present included Mr. and Mrs. C. Cletus Burke and three children of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. William P. Hershey and son of Bristol, Pa., Pvt. Richard W. Hershey of Ft. Devens, Mass., Mr. and Mrs. John Metzger and children of Lorton, Mr. and Mrs. Ashton W. Burke of Warrenton and Mr. and Mrs. Jennings G. Burke of Alexandria. Additional guests were John Moore III of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Fitzpatrick of Oakhurst, New Jersey.
