Mrs. Randolph Devers who had heart surgery at the University Hospital, Charlottesville is now convalescing at the home of her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wayland.

Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Griffith of Front Royal entertained at a family dinner on Sunday. Among those attending were Mrs. Nina B. Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brown and children and Charles Bruce of Washington.

Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood were Mr. and Mrs. Barton Boehmler and daughter Bonnie of Berryville.

Dinner guests on Sunday of Mrs. Perle Coffey were Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Burke and son Neil of Washington, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Rector and daughter Raye of Flint Hill, Mrs. Raymond Rector and son James Nelson Rector ol Richmond. Callers in the afternoon were Preston Pulliam of Warrenton and Johr Quaintance of Woodville.
