COVER BAKER of Front Royal entered a plea of guilty in Rappahannock County Court Friday to three of five charges placed against him on April 1. The remaining two offences were nolle prosequi.
Baker was in a collision on Route 522 north of Huntly in which Frank Lewis Smith of Vienna was killed. Trooper W.A. Buntin investigated the traffic accident.
