Smith
William Jacob Smith, 86, of Culpeper died January 22, 1977 at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. A retired farmer, and bom in Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Hugh M. Smith and Molly O’Bannon.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Mrs. Myra Griffin Smith of Culpeper; two daughters, Mrs. John Wilson of Culpeper, Mrs. Warner Ferguson of Hampton; eight grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Monday by the Rev. John S. Farrar at the Culpeper Baptist Church, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. □
