Rappahannock Citizens: I need to know your views, and you need to know where I stand. Virginia is 102 million dollars in the red. We must tighten our belts. It’s just like a family budget, you can’t spend what you don’t have. Every state program must be reevaluated. If the project is not producing, then stop funding it. That is common sense.
