RENEWAL OF C.E. JOHNSON AGRICULTURAL
AND FORESTAL DISTRICT
In accordance with §15.2-4311 of the Code of Virginia < 1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock <7ounty hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, August 4, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia, to consider the renewal of the C.K. Johnson Agricultural and Forestal District, for a period of ten (10) years.
The proposed Ordinance continuing the District is available for inspection at the Clerk's Office and the County Administration Office, both in Washington, Virginia. Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday. July 16, 2008, at 7:CX) p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday. July 16. 2008. at 7.30 p.m.. at the Courthouse in Washington. Virginia
