William Roland Welch, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Welch of Flint Hill, was graduated from Monroe College in Middletown on June 15, 1968 with a diploma in Business Administration. Six members of the Sperryville Boy Scout Troop No. 65 with Scoutmaster Rev. William A. Harrison spent last week at the Boy Scout Camp Rock Enon at Gore. Attending were Bill Stokes, Bill Kilby, Bobby Titchenell, Chucky Jenkins, Frank Coffey and Gary Wayland.
