IN WASHINGTON, some of the congress men have been dubbed "T-W-T" mem bers. Come in T-uesday, spend \\ -ednes day and go back home T-hursda.v — T-W-T. The habit has become so prevalent that the "party whips” have become concerned and we understand are exerting some pressure to assure regular attendance at congression al sessions. The business of congress is moving rapidly. Changes are being made at a fast pace. The domestic situation will require strict attention and the combined wisdom of the entire membership. The foreign relations are moving from the status of defense to that of offense, which also will require the best judgment of the entire membership Furthermore, the balance of power is so slim between the Republican and Demo cratic parties that the policies of t it her party may he seriously affected by the absence of even a single member.
