Gold certificates were presented to those with records of ten or more safety years, and silver certificates were given tn those with five to ten years of safety. Those with less than five years of safety received white certificates District manager W. D. Crafton said. “While receiving recognition by the company and fellow em ployees for working or driving in a safe manner is a pleasure, the greatest reward of all is the self satisfaction of having completed another year of good living.”
