Court Postpones Action On Case Brought By N AACP A special three-judge federal court last week gave verbal de cisions postponing final action on the constitutionality of Vir ginia, s NAACP laws. The case was brought to court by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored Peo ple, because the organization ob jected to the Virginia law enacted last September that requires the NAACP and other groups to re veal the names of their membci: and financial donors. The court which met in Rich mond did not rule on the consti tutionality of the Virginia lews It did however decline to grant the motion suggested by the State that the case be dismissed. The court set June 26 for an other session at which time the merits of the NAACP complaints will be argued.
