Allocations to local counties were: Amelia. $10,171; Buckingham. $15,988: Charlotte, $14,506;' Cum berland. $8,446; Powhatan $6,784, and Prince Edward. $11,341. The bill was passed by Congress after the initial 1956-5*7 all na tions were made. The apportion ment to the counties was made on the same distribution formula used for the original allocations.
