Jamestown Colors Form Backdrop For College Hill Talk Jamestown colors formed the backdiop for a talk given April 11 by Mrs Graves H. Thompson at the- College Hill club meeting. Mrs, Thompson presented a history of the early industries and colonial a rriculture as they re lated to the current celebration of the 350th anniversaty of’ the larding at Jamestown. She illustrated her talk with drawings of the festival aiea and various phases of the celebration, inciud ng oils of the Jam stown How rs. representative ot the of ficial festival colors. Officers for the next vear were installed by the retiring presi dent, Mrs. H. B. Overcash. N:w officers are Mrs. Paul L. G| ?r. president; M - Paul E. M Lelland. vice-president a n d Mrs. C. H Pritchard, Jr., secre tary-treasurer. The club presented a vase on a three-tiered pedestal To College chuich in the memory of Mrs. F, W. Spindler. a College HD1 club nrmber who was killed in an automobile accident last fall. Mrs. Joseph C. Robert was hostess for the meeting. She was assisted by Mrs. R. C. Beale. Mrs. J B Clowcr Jr., Mrs. J. M. Fred ericksen and Mrs. W. W. Watson.
