A popularity contest, was hold recently at the school and Charlotte Barbour, Johnny ' Fletcher, and Coleman Starks were chosen. In the primary grades Joe Lewis Fletcher, Ernest Fletcher, Lillian Freman and Anna Fletcher were chosen.
At a Hallowe'en carnHal held at the school, Annie Fletcher Green was chosen queen and the maid of honor was Charlotte Barbour. The winners of the cake contest were Mrs. Lisxie Evans and Miss Margaret Brown. Mah* Ion Harney won the candy contest.
Rev. C. J. Yates of Culpeper was the guest Sunday of Mrs. Louemma Williams and daughters.
