Mrs. Z. H. Sealock and her guest Miss Lucille Brown, of Richmond, left Saturday for Alexandria where they spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. C, C. Brown and Robert W. Sealock.

Mrs. J. W. Price entertained at dinner Christmas Day at her home “The Maples’’, having as her guests Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller, Miss Louise Miller, Mr. and Mrs. * Dan Price and son Danny of Front Royal and Miss Louise O’Bannon.

Mr. and Mrs. C.- A. Raleigh of 'Washington, D. C., visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Atkins, at Sperryville during the ► holidays. Mr. and Mrs. E. A. , Campbell’ were also guests in the Atkins home during the holiday. Mrs. .Campbell,- who has been a patient at University of Virginia hospital, has returned home, much improved in health.

Mrs. Ada Rowzie was a dinner guest last Saturday night of Mr. and Mr.. Ralph Rowzie.

W. L. Yancey was a guest on Monday of Col. and Mrs. W. R. Williamson. v ; V..

Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer entertained at a family dinner party Sunday evening, having as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Payne and son Joe Gordon, of Madison; Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson, Jr., of Strasburg; and Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Johnson.

Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller were Mr. and Mrs. Phil Triplett of Hume, Mr. and Mrs. S. Stevens of Front Royal, Miss Mary Caskie of Richmond, and Dr. George Graf any of Baltimore.

Miss Ethel Long left Tuesday for Lexington to spend the next two months with her sister Mrs. Ollie McCormick.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Marshall of Burke, were the guests Christmas week end of Mrs. John W. Clark. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Cozzo, of Washington, D.C., arrived Sunday to spend the Christmas holidays with Mrs. Cozzio’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Aylor. On Monday1 Mr. and Mrs. Aylor entertained a family group at dinner, having as their guests, Mr. and Mrs. Cozzo, Miss Joan Kelly Aylor, of Madison College; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Aylor and children Joe and Anne Yates, and Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor, Jr., and infant daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Riley were Culpeper visitors last Friday.

Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. L. R. Rudasill were Mr. and Mrs. Maurice O’Bannon and sons, John and Bobby, J. Hill O’Bannon and Miss Lizzie O’Bannon.
