Judge J. R. H. Alexander, retired judge of the 26th Judicial Circuit, will preside in the March session of the Circuit Court, beginning Monday, March 9. Judge Rayner V. Snead is at Virginia Beach this week presiding in Princess Anne Circuit Court in place of Judge Floyd E. Kellatn. Judge Kellam disqualified himself in cases scheduled for this term of court' and the State Supreme Court designated Judge Snead for the session.
