to put out the weekly paper Wednesday night and then enjoy his inebriation with a set plan to get up Monday morning and begin work on the next week’s paper. One week-end he missed his timing. Starting to work, he was greeted with, “Where’s my paper?” “You’ll get your paper on Thursday,” said the printer. “But this is Thursday,” came the customer’s reply. “Very well,” said the bewildered printer, “come back in an hour and get your paper.” He went to the printing machine where last week’s paper still reposed; quickly setting one line of type to go across the top of the front page, he printed the papers. The line read “Reprinted by Request.”
