Engagement Annooncement
Mr. and Mrs. Thurmond C. Lea of Washington, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Massie, to John G. Cargill, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. John G. Cargill of Chatham, New Jersey.
Miss Lea is is a graduate of Stuart Hall, Staunton, and attended Hollins College.
Mr. Cargill is a student at Washington and Lee University.
The wedding will take place in December.
The Julia Hagood Graham Missionary Society of the Flint Hill Baptist church met with Mrs. Gilbert M. Profitt, Monday evening. Mrs. Glenn Williams conducted the program with nine members present.
