AND RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTIES, VA. Pursuant to a decree of the Circuit Court of Culpeper County, Virginia, entered on the 21st day of September 1953, in the chancery cause of Aubrey L. Cloud, et al vs. Charles R. Cloud, et al, the undersigned Special Commissioners will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder in front of the main dwelling on the ptemises, Castleton, Virginia, all of that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, formerly owned by James W. Cloud, situated, lying, and being near C*stleton, Virginia, in Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties, Virginia, and containing 233 acres, more or less. ~ This sale is subject to all easements of record against said land and is a sale in gross and not by the ffirc. TERMS: Cadi. A deposit of 10% cf the sale price will be required of the pixrcnaser, as and when the property it cried off. Possession of the above premises will be granted to the purchaser of same as of November 15, 1953.
