IN ATTIC

Yellow and musty with age, ten old ledgers were found in a closed off top attic in Mrs. Rosie Bishop’s home while a caved in chimney was being repaired. The oldest of these ledgers dates back to 1805 while the most recent date recorded is 1878. .The bulk of these belonged to one W. B. Nichols (in earliest recording spelled Nicols).
