Stockholders Meet l *; To Elect Officers

Stockholders and directors of the First National Bank of Flint ■Hill met Tuesday morning , to discuss 1954 progress and elect 1955 officers. p One hundred »«ad seventy-nine shares were represented. The re-' port of last year’s operation wa* satisfactory, with an addition being made to the surplus account and a satisfactory amount being added tip undivided profits. The 4% dividend for 1954 had been paid, also.

The seven directors were reelected to serveior the 1955 term: Emory Russell, John S. Browning, Herbert Foster, .William W. Miller, John Rl. Moore, Jr., G. W. Smith, Jr., and Frank Cary.

The directors convened and reelected the following officials: v President, Frank Cary; Vice-. President, William Miller ; Cashier, J. S, Browning; and Assistant Cashiers, Mrs. Emory Russell and Mrs. W. A. Moore.
