Three hundred and fifty-seven shares out of a possible 500 shares were represented at Tuesdays annual luncheon-meeting of the stockholders and directors of Rappahannock National Bank.

The Stockholders agreed to have an addition of one to their nine directors. The directors chosen were: C. E. Johnson, R. W. Miller, T. V. Williams, H. S. Barksdale, E. M. Jones, L. J. Kilby, A. C. Latham, W. H. Massie, Jr., D. D. Miller, and the newly elected P. W. Anderson of Marshall.
Last year’s officers were reelected with C. E. Johnson, chairman of the board, R. W. Miller, president ; Wade H. Massie, vice president; J. Rodes Brown, Jr., cashier and Mrs. B, F. Bruce, Assistant cashier. • ;
