SchooV8 Needs
On Thursday, January’ 6 the Amissville. P. T. A. at the regular meeting, discussed the need of playground equipment and a committee consisting of Mrs. Sarah Latham as chairman, Miss Riley, and Mrs. Lewie Smith were appointed to secure prices and to con-. tact Mr. Gasque for approval.
The annual field trip for the children at-the close of school was considered and members asked to submit suggestions to bq definitely decided on later.
Miss Riley expressed thanks on behalf of the pupils and herself for the gifts presented them at' Christmas.
We are proud of the good attendance at these meetings which shows the profound interest of our community in our school. . -
