Down near Richmond stands a building in which the walla of one room are covered with portrait* of State Troopers that have given their lives in line of duty. These portraits are a token of appreciation to these brave men from the people of Virginia. We think this token of appreciation is !a fine thing, but, unless the citizens Of our State will render more cooperation to the law enforcement agencies we will have to build a larger building in which to house the portraits. We (feel that you should read the pledge of a State Trooper:

We feel that the State Troopert throughout this great State are doing their utmost to conform to this pledge, and we as citisens of this Commonwealth should give them our support, or they will be powerless to protect and make safe our homes and highways,
