The objitt of the above styled suit is to obtain a Divorce a v neulo‘matrimonii on behalf of Edward G. Tapp against Velma L M. Tapp upon the grounds of <eaertion.
And, it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that Velina I. M. Tapp, the above named defendant, is not a resident of this State, and that her last known post office address is Alexander, Wes4t Virginia, it is therefore ORDERED that the said Velma I. M. Tapp do appear within ten days after the due publication of this ORDER, in the Clerk’s Office k>f our said Circuit Court, and po what is necessary to protect '— Interest.
