The incumbrent officers and directors were reelected: L. R. Hudson, President; Wade H. Massie, Jr., Vice-President; and: C. J. Miller, Secretary-Treasurer; and directors: C. E. Johnson, Jr.; L. R. Hudson, Wade H. Massie,; Jr., Robert L. Brown, J. P. Cook, R. L. Miller and D. D. Miller.
