The Pantherettes beat Madison with a score of 37-36 on January 12, on their own court. It was one of die closest games played this season, with the score see-saw^ig from one team to the other. Right down to the final whistle, no one wa$ quite sure which of the teams would win. It was a hard game to win, a real contest. Alice Leake led the Scoring.
