On luesday, January 18, i appeal cases of die Commonwealth against Charles E. Corder, 1 charging the accused with driving ' under the influence of intoxicants; die other case charging the accused* with resisting arrest; were, by agreement of council, joindy tried by a jury. The jury returned a verdict of not .guilty, in the first _ case and found the accused guilty of resisting arrest and fixed punishment by . a fine of $200. Commonwealth Attorney W. F. Moffett represented the Common- , wealth and James W. Fletcher represented the defendant.
