In Virginia nine counties are included in the commercial area. These are Accomack, Isle of Wright, i Nansemond, Norfolk, Northampton, Princess Anne, Southampton, Surry and Sussex.
Counties outside this area are in the moncommercial area under the price support program and do not have acreage allotments. The law specifically provides that when acreage allotments are in effect for the commercial arqa, as for 1955, the support rates jin the noncommercial area shall be reduced to 75 per cent of thqse in the commerical area, ' J
