Trial Justice Cases
The Commonwealth vs. Lewis S. Nicholson, charged with driving while drunk and driving on a revoked permit, second offense. Nicholson was fined $125.00 and costs and sentenced to serve 40 days in jail. His privilege to operate a motor vehide was revoked for three years. The Commonwealth vs. Robert J. .Rutherford, charged with reckless driving and driving while drunk. Rutherford was fined $150.00 and costs, and sentenced to serve 30 days in jail. Hi^license was suspended for 12 months. The jail sentence was suspended on condition of good behavior for . 12 months.
