» The Washington Town Gouncil. meeting Tuesday night, dis-'^ cussed town affairs including the cleanup of the alley beside Merrill Motor Company, and the addition of several street lights.
Mr. Merrill hid been contacted by the council, in a body, and he had agreed to clean the forementioned alley. This has not been done, and in summing up the situation, three alternatives were suggested: 1.' to disregard the problem; 2. to impose a fine for * exceeding the 24-hour parking limit; or 3. to declare no parking there at any time.
