A Letter Of Thanks

To J. P. Cook

At the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, held in the Court House on Wednesday, December 7, 1955, with permission - of the Board, James M. Settle, Clerk of the Board, made the following remarks:

“J have served the Board of Supervisors of this County for more than thirty-three years, and it has been my good fortune and a real pleasure to serve with many of the County’s most distinguished and • respected men. I have a very high regard for all members now serving this Board and I want to thank each of you for all your many kindnesses and cooperation.

It is my desire now, with your permission, Gentlemen of the Board, to, address a few remarks to your Chairman, My Good Friend, Capt. J. P, CookMr.
