SLATE MILLS HD CLUB MET WITH MRS. WHITE
The Slate Mills Home Demonstration Club held its Christmas meeting and party Monday night at the home of Mrs. G N. White, with 14 members present. The president, Mrs. C. B. Dorsey, read a part of Peter Marshall's “Let’s Keep Christmas”, and there were games and carolsinging.
The demonstration, presented by Food Leader, Mrs. W. W. Kennedy, on the subect “LeftOvers Can Be Fun”, provided the club with delicious refreshments which were served together with those provided by the hostess. A White Elephane auction provided great fun for all. -
