During die adjournment of Congress, 1 did considerable travling in the 7th Congressional District . In talking with citizens in the more than 15 communities I visited, I received expressions of veiws on many subjects- die draft, . education, roads, veterans problems postal service, etc. “We’re reading all the time about the big deficit in the Post Office Department. Why, then, is the • mail box stuffed every day with advertising “junk” mail , that enjoys a reduced postage rate?”
