SCOUT RECOGNITION CEREMONY SCHEDULED
The Washington Boy Scout Troop at the Cub Scout Unit at Washington, Virginia, will have a Recognition Ceremony at the Educational Bldg, of the Washington Baptist Church at 8;00 p.m., Thursday, June 7, to be conducted by the Scout Executive Thomas Gibson and District Representative George Bradley of Front Royal.
All parents and others interested in Scouting are urged to attend.

Mrs. B. R. Cox is leaving June 18th for Raleigh, N. C where she will join a party for a 28-day Golden West Tour.
The trip carries a college credit of six semester hours, if desired, and is of special interest to teachers renewing their teaching certificates.
Mrs. Cox is interested in securing a traveling companion, as the price of the trip is based on a two in a room accomodations.
