The Rappahannock Garden Club met Wednesday, May 30 with Mrs. Charles Estes.
Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, who had charge of the program gave a talk on “A Hope Chest for Flower Arrangement.”

Mrs. E. M. Jones gave a short talk on the observance of Memorial Day—a holiday nearly all Americans share, whether they live in what was once "The North" or what was once "The South.” . It was decided to have a picnic meeting at the Old Mt. Salem Church in June. Club members are to wear hats made of flowers.
