Shop Opens Door
Mrs. Sim Hutton iron the G. E. Steam Iron and Mrs. Ronnie Poe the pinking shears at the opening of the Amissville Remnant Shop which took place on Saturday, June 9th.
Mrs. L. B. Stuart and Mrs. Stanish Riley, owners and operators, were much encouraged by the interest shown.
The shop will attempt to have the things you need for home sewing—and soon a line of greeting cards will be added.
In addition a limited amount of tailoring and repairing will be accepted.
