Wood, Guardian, etc.; et ai, date/ the 24th day of March, 1934, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 37, page 456, and the Clerk’s Office of Faequier County, Virginia, in Deed Book 139, page 439, conveying the hereinafter described land to E. Paul Crider, Trustee, to secure the payment of a debt therein described,, default having been made in the payment of said debt at maturity and at the request of the legal holder thereof, the debt and obligation secured by the said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable, the undersigned, James W.
