CHATS ABOUT CHICKENS

Prepare Non For Next Fall’s Egg Profits

In the automobile industrey, the planning for 1957 start' ed years ago.

Long before 1957, designers, engineers, stylists, and other experts started planning the 1957 models. Every nut and bolt got attention. Once these have made all their plans and the car goes into production and there’s not much they can do. If the customers don’t like the looks of the car, they can’t very well change it, for it takes years to make plans and fool around with the dies and such. About all that can be done is to take out a few of the minor bugs.

Poultry raising is a lot the same way.

Right now, you’re thinking of your next year’s laying flock ... or should be. You’re getting ready for your baby chicks. The success of your fock next year depends on what you do between now and next fall, for most of your profits depend on how you grow, your chicks. Once you get the birds in the laying house, you can make only minor adjustments. Your situation is the same asthat of the automobile maker. What you do in preparation will reflect itself in your success.
