The licensee shell be purchased from the office of the Treasurer of the County.
3. The revenue derived from all County motor vehicles licenses under this law shall be applied to general county purposes.
4. No such license. shall be required by the County upon vehicles owned by persons who are residents of an incorporated town, in the event that the said town imposes such a license or similar tax or levy upon vehicles of residents thereof.
5. This resolution is subject to the limitations on the imposition of such licenses by the County as set forth in Section 46-65 of the Code of Virginia of 1350. as amended.
6. The period which the said license shall cover shall be from the 16th day of April, 1957 thru the 14th day of April, 1958.
7. In the event that any person shall make application for any such license, as hereinabove described, for any license year, subsequent to the 15th day of October, then the cost thereof shall be one-half of the cost thereof.
