The object of the above suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the defentant, Otha Harrisop Williams,! on the grounds of skillful desertion and abandonment. And it appearing by affidavit filed according, to law that Otha Harrison Williams, the above named defendant, is not a resident of tl>e State of Virginia, it is therefore ordered that the said Otha Harrison Williams do appear within ten davs after due publication of this order, in the Clerk’s Offiice of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit.
