AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY HELD AT THE COURT HOUSE OF .THE SAID COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 6. 19E7.
PRESENT:
W. C. Campbell, A C. Latham, H. A. Foster, E. M. Estes, H. B. Wood and A. H Buckner, Jr.
Mr. Joseph T. Warren, Resident Engineer, appeared before the Board and requested that a public road hearing be set for April 3. 1957., Upon motion duly made seconded and unanimously carried by members of the Board present,, the Board hereby instructs its Clerk to gave notice as provided in Title 33, Section 47 of the Code of Virginia, that a representative of the Department of Highways will meet with the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, at the Court House of the said County on Wednesday, April 3, 1957 at 10:00 A M. for the purpose of discussing and advising with the Board and citizens present at said meeting, plans and proposals for the maintenance and improvement including construction, and reconstruction of the roads in the Secondary System of State Highways in Rappahannock County, the said notice to be published in 'the Rappahannock News in the issues of March 14th and 21st, 1957; and the Clerk is further instructed to post a copy of said notice on the Bulletin Board at the Court House.
